As you can see in the 2nd image, the windshield washer tank cap for my Winnebago Itasca Sunrise motor home started to fall apart (a GM Workhorse Chassis). This OEM cap has an outside retaining lip diameter of 47mm.
**PLA Version** - Washer Tank Cap No-Collar.stl
The cap without the retaining collar is meant to print in PLA. It has the same 47mm inside diameter as the factory version but it fits best when printed at 98% in the X & Y axis: Leave Z at 100%.
**TPU Version** - Washer Tank Cap W-Collar.stl
This is my first print with TPU. I was extremely pleased at how well it printed and flexed. I set the temp to 210 C, the flow to 103% and the print speed to 30mm/s. Layer thickness was 0.2mm and the bed temp was 70. Retraction distance 6.5mm and retraction speed 25mm/s.
