I had reason to print another of these, and found there was a flaw in the "shaft.stl". I have redesigned this part and replaced shaft.stl with shaftv2.stl.


OVERVIEW
This allows a small portable windsock to be able to be fastened to a make-shift pole and rotate easily as the wind changes direction. It was made for use a small one of these windsocks :
