Created for a few of my printers, this is to convert a small wingnut into a precision turning knob. I've had many less issues printing since designing this little bad boy.
It's not perfect, but you might find it works for you as it does for me.
No supports required, I just printed it at 0.2mm layers with 100% fill, although you could easily get away with 15% - Bear in mind you may want a little strength.
