Winter Is Here ! (WINDSCREEN WIPER CUTTER)

This is a Tool that removes 1.5 mm from your windscreen wiper so that it cleans windows better, Most problems with old wipers is that the the edge becomes chamfered after a while and instead of replacing the entire wiper, This tool removes the chamfer and gives you a clean edge so it wipes properly without leaving lines or residue on your screen. NOTE!
