The snowflakes in the wings are quite thin in some areas so it isn't a bad idea to scale up higher; just remember to scale body and wings the same. Add a teeny dab of glue on the flat base around the peg and peg sides, then push the body on. Try not to add too much as there are joints (leg) around this area. If it is too tight due to filament expansion, shave the peg down some.
