Winwing extension adapters for base.

This is a remix for huzarski's joystick extensions. As the winwing joystick base has indents and dents which prevent it from twisting around, current ring and base are smooth. I added the dents and indents to keep joystick from twisting. When gluing in the ring, be sure to align indents properly with joystick to desired offset. The adapter at the base of extension doesn't need gluing and can be pushed in place, although some sanding may be required as its a tight fit.
