Wire Bending Jig

This jig is designed to help make clean, precise bends in coat hanger wire, but it can also be used for a variety of other wire-bending tasks. It works best with wire less than 2.4mm in diameter. The vertical posts are standard IKEA shelf pins, which should be easy to find and replace. The jig can be screwed down to a piece of wood for stability, but I usually just clamp it in a small vise during use. I've included the original FreeCAD file for those who want to modify or customize the design.
