*Updated*
The "updated" version changes four things:
* The extension is now longer for a bit of extra stability (now about 1 3/8"
* Bolt hole larger to cut down on sanding. Perhaps just a touch too large.
* Hex hole larger to cut down on sanding. Perhaps just a touch too large.
* The "rim" separating the two poles is a touch thicker (0.075", was 0.05").
Because we moved some of these shelves away from the walls the extra length was handy for a bit of extra support. Our shelves are either back-to-back or side-to-side and we attach them to each other to avoid tipping as much as reasonable. Back-to-back these are pretty solid. We'll upload our printed attachment uh thingie, but we also just use spectra cord (it's what we have excess of) and it's just as good, or better (allows simple movement).
