Wire Splice Protector v2 Parametric

Complete redesign from the last verison. Open in freecad and change the values in the Spreadsheet to customize the splice protector.

Cover to protect a low-voltage wire splice. The last one I printed has lasted for years with no issues. Another cord needed a splice, so time to make this parametric.

Print two identical parts, they will fit together. This version, printing in PETG did snap fit, but it will still need glue. I used epoxy, slathered everywhere. I wiped the excess and clamped until dry. Looks great.

The STL fits a dell pa-3e power cord on the low voltage side. You probably want to make one custom for your cord. Instructions are in the freecad spreadsheet.
