I needed to create a twisted pair using very thin wires (AWG28 or AWG30) and if you ever had to do that you know how painstaking is to have a power tool chuck get a hold on those tiny wires. I did search Thingiverse first, but the only design already available didn't look fit for my needs, so I went for my own design. It doesn't use any screw, bolt or nut, but you will not be able to twist the wires in their full length: something like 4 or 5 cm of wires will remain untwisted because that's what anchors the wires to the attachment. Usage instructions should be pretty straightforward: insert the two wires in the inner holes then have them go through the outer holes and under the arc you just created. This loose knot makes a tight connection between the screwdriver attachment and the wires. The attachment has a 6 mm shaft which can easily get into the screwdriver clamping mechanism.
