Wire Twister

**Update 2019-11-21**
Added a twister for AWG 13, 14, 15, 17 and 19 (2,5mm², 2,0mm², 1,5mm², 1,0mm² and 0,75mm²).
AWG 14 is also for AWG 13 and 15 (my mesured cables had the same outer diameter).

A wire twister for easy use and print.

For cables AWG 20, 22 and 26 (0,5mm², 0,34mm² and 0,14mm²).

I have set the horizontal expansion in cura to -0,02mm to compensate the fdm related machining allowance and trim the caliper-measured dimension to the drawing dimension.
So the cables had fitted and held perfectly.
