Wires Spool Holder v.3 Every electronics enthusiast knows the importance of good wires when assembling circuits. And, of course, everyone chooses specific wires for particular tasks and general work. But what do all wires have in common? Proper storage. There are many invented devices for this purpose, and some people simply store wires in coils. I prefer using spools, which allow for neat storage and easy dispensing of wires in the desired length and the correct insulation color. I developed this model a while ago, shortly after publishing the second version, as I found several shortcomings that needed correction. Specifically, the spool now consists of two halves, one of which is slightly larger in diameter and has teeth, making it easier to wind back any excess wire. And, of course, the bushings for the spools. They allow each spool to rotate freely around its axis without touching the neighboring spools, thus preventing them from unwinding due to friction—there simply isn’t any. To assemble a row of spools, you need to print bushings that stack onto one another, and at the end, there’s a terminal bushing. It has a slightly different shape and attaches to a washer, so the spool doesn't rest on the side support of the entire structure. The wire end holders have also been redesigned. For the frame's holder, I used threaded rods with M3 and M4 threads. You will also need cap nuts and wing nuts. But that's a matter of preference; I like these, they are made of nylon. For BambuLab printer owners, I have prepared a ready-made print profile . I recommend printing PETG coils, the other parts are up to your discretion.
