Wise 2086 Lever Switch for PicoBeth

Wise 2086 Lever Switch for PicoBeth tennis / badminton stringing machine.

Re-engineered version of the the Wise 2086 lever switch. It now uses a rubber band to automatically return the lever to the top position after being depressed.

Print in PLA fine settings. I used SunLu PLA+ 2.0 on Bambu Labs P1S - 0.12mm Fine

**Key changes:**

- Increased the width to accommodate wider micro switches

- Added slots and tongues to route and secure a rubber band, which pulls the lever back to the top after activation
