I did a mini edit in blender. I made the mask slightly flatter in the back to limit the amount of supports needed. I added holes to it to put string. That way the mask can be held on the face hands free.

Even if you limit supports to minimum my slicer still suggested supports for the holes. I messed with the holes to try and limit the amount of supports needed but I just seems the holes might still need them. Tree supports would be the easiest to remove.

I believe it didn't need as many supports as I gave it. I just was afraid of it failing with it being such a long print.

Layer height 0.16.

I used 1/8 inch Yellow Elastic Cords 3mm because that is what I had on hand.

I did have to sand it because of using supports. Some areas looked worse after sanding and other areas looked better.
