Original model size (.stl) is 250 x 232 x 3 mm. You can easily scale the print file, but make sure that the height remains at 3mm. In the Print profiles, are two negative objects (3mm cylinders) have been added to create a hole for a nail. You can remove them before printing, if you want use a double sided tape.
