Wood Chipper

Third "request" for landscaping gear, a wood chipper. Compatible with [barspin's dump truck](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:537153). The movable grinders are print in place if printed on its side. Supports are needed in this orientation for the hitch, so make sure there are no supports printed around the grinders.

Uses the wheel/axle models from the dump truck, so those are not included.
