Wood joining system

The model files were designed to enable the building of a railway base board on top of some units and allow under counter access for running electrics for the model railway.I could have just joined the wood together but due to its size I needed to build it in place. So I designed the joints to allow me to build it in place and on top of heavy duty draw sliders (6 in total). The sloping roof at one end meant I could not just hinge the top.The sections are connected to the upper part of the slide and then the rest of wood sections are measured, cut and installed from the top. There is holes in the bottom an side of the parts for affixing to the wood but self drilling screws easily go through the carbon filament and feal really secure.The size of the wood is 18mm x 69mm.The top will be screwed down to provide the base board once I have drilled holes for wiring etc. I don't expect to be pulling it out very often but it does provide easier access than having to empty the cupboards and crawl around inside them.I will post views of the railway as it progresses if people are interested.
