Woom 6 threadless headset adjustment tool

Remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4728452/files for Woom 6 headset (in my Woom 6 inner tube diameter was smaller, so I have redesigned the inner part). Use the "outer_collar" from the original project.

Works nicely with metric M8 screws and nuts, you need
1 M8 x 60mm+ screw (longer screw works fine)
2 M8 nuts
2 suitable washers
