Word Stones

I've often admired the smooth stones with inspirational words engraved on the surface. It turns out that it's not that difficult to create a similar look and feel (although not the heft) with a 3D printer. And the contour lines from the printer add a nice effect to the surface of the stone.

I used a design tool (Fusion 360) that can create organic shapes and 3D text. Here I've included one stone in English and two in Hebrew. Shalom means peace (and is my name in Hebrew). Misheberach is the name of a healing prayer. This last "stone" can easily fit in your hand and holding it could be a source of comfort for someone that is ill.
