Wound Tracker (Remixed)

This is a remix of Half_Cut's wound tracker.

I reworked the tinkercad design to:
Move the "tens digits" to the top disc, so they line up with the "ones digits".
Rotated all numbers to be read next to each other, for easier reading.
Added a "Health" label to the middle disc.
Slightly reduced the diameter of the center post, to better match the tolerances of my printer (to keep discs from binding up).
