This wrist strap tightener is for a wrist strap approximately 3.4mm thick and 12mm wide. This is the strap that came with my Olympus TG-7 camera that was too loose and was slipping off my wrist. The fit is quite tight to ensure it stays in place when wearing it, you need to push the strap through the hole with a small object and may need to use a decent amount of force, please be careful to not poke holes in the wrist strap when you do this and use something blunt.
