This is my first attempt at creating 3D printable text.
It is based on the inspirational slogan of the incredible Podcaster/Independent Film Maker Ryan Connolly who is constantly reminding film makers to always Write, Shoot, Edit Repeat... If you aren't familiar with him or his show Film Riot, you should be! Visit them on the internets at:

Update #1: 8/10/14 - Did my first test print. Model clearly needs some work :(
I need to figure out how to land the design flat on the base as it is not completely flat horizontally so needs supports to print level...Also, the letters E, A, and the bottom of the R needs more space to look right. I will try to figure this out and make corrections.
Update #2 : 8/17/14 - So I changed the fonts to go with the theme of the design which is obviously movies.
Write - Jurassic Park
Shoot - Back to the Future
Edit - The Goonies
Repeat - Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
I also changed the cube at
