The Grumman X-29 was built for NASA and USAF to test forward-swept wings and the high-stiffness composite wing construction and fly-by-wire systems the wings required. The design of the aircraft's forward fuselage was taken from the Northrop F-5, so I remixed this model from an F-5 model.
I wanted a 1:144 scale model which meant that the wings would be very thin, so they're just flat surfaces. The .f3d model is included if you want to loft out the wings for a more realistic cross-section for a larger scale model where that might be worth the effort.
