X-Acto Storage Box

This is a spring-loaded "magazine" storage box for #11 X-Acto Blades. It is designed to fit 40 blades. Other size blades may fit, but they would have to be less than 10mm wide and 21mm long. I used two springs that are 43mm long. They were purchased from Amazon, item description Neiko 50456A Spring Assortment Set. Other screws should suffice, so long as they are sufficiently long, and are at least 4mm diameter on one end, 6mm on the other.

Despite the tight friction fit, I glued the main body into the jacket. Please remember when assembling and stocking this that you are putting dozens of razor sharp objects under tension of a spring. Any misuse or using other than designed could lead to serious injury. USE UNDER CAUTION AND UNDER YOUR OWN DISCRETION.
