this is my personal creation of a 3 inch quadcopter, the canopy was a remix of a existing one.
this quadcopter (x-bow 120) is a 3 inch quad sub 250g, it run on 3s and 4s batteries.
you will need parts like
12amp aio board ( I use 20amp)
1204 motors
tbs unify32 nano
foxeer toothless camera
optional(lucky buzzer)
3 inch props
battery holder strap
frsky r-xsr reciever (or any other reciever that are in the same size)
trueRc singularity antenna
batteries 3s or 4s 450mah ( 7 - 8 minutes fly time)
m2 screews kits and nuts
