This is a printable X-Card, based of the safety toolset by John Stavropoulos (http://tinyurl.com/x-card-rpg).
This toolset was created to prevent roleplaying scenes to discomfort players or even worse trigger any fear or trauma and therefore should be used in any roleplaying game - especially while playing with new/unknown players.
The print has the size of a normal playing-card and is a more durable alternative to a piece of paper. It should fit in most dice-bags.
