It is a spare when the aluminum X frame 2020 is not available. If it prints with PLA, it will become practical.
It is even better if you put two rails in the reinforcement. When bonded, it becomes quite sturdy.
The length was 100 mm.
When it is about 100 mm, it seems to be usable even with 2040 size, so it was released.
50mm size reinforcement was prepared. Can be used at both ends of the extension. It's better not to do it because it weakens mechanically.
[ 2020.06.06 ] 2020-Reinforcement.stl: The strongest reinforcement when the strength is insufficient. Secure with the M3+8mm tapping screw.
[ 2020.06.07 ] x-flame2020-7.stl x-flame2020-8.stl: It is a parallel joint. Adhere and use.
