X-Wing 2.5 setup ruler

This is a two-part ruler for help with game setup in X-Wing 2.5 (2.0 with scenarios).

Objective markers:
- The two rulers can extend each other to form a 4.5 ruler for the center objective.
- They can be used detached as range 2 helpers for additional objectives (though they are 2.5 in length, the extensions main body of range 2 length, and the main ruler has a range 2 indicator)

Obstacle placement:
- When the rulers are slotted together as a cross in the main ruler's range 2 slot, they can be easily used to place obstacles in far corners for people who don't like obstacles (like me)

Ship placement:
- When the rulers are slotted together as a cross in the main ruler's range 1 slot, they can be used by bumping ships into them to place them as much forward as is allowed
