This model is used to determine the value for X-Y contour compensation. It is a remix of the original model by Flash9. The original file measured the rectangle to calculate the X-Y contour compensation, but this design includes size labels for ease of use and shows exactly where to measure, along with the formula to find the X-Y contour compensation value. After printing, measure the dimensions of the contour, then subtract the actual value (which is 10 mm) from the printed dimensions. This number will be the new variable for X-Y contour compensation.Enter this number in the slicer and repeat the process as needed until the printed and actual values match. For example:If your printed value is 9.92, X-Y Contour Compensation = 10 mm -9.92 mm = 0.08 mm. However, if your printed value is 10.01 mm, X-Y Contour Compensation = 10 mm -10.01 mm = -0.01 mm
