In the mornings, I didn’t want to keep taking out my smartphone just to make coffee.
So I came up with the idea of using an old 7" tablet instead.
Since the slot at the top of the xBloom was too small and the position didn’t suit me, I designed a custom holder myself.
Nothing needs to be screwed or glued onto the xBloom.
I designed a frame that clicks into the existing slot.
The tablet plate is attached with two screws (2.5 × 12 mm).
The tablet itself is fixed to the plate using double-sided adhesive tape.
The plate is 10 cm wide. If needed, I can adjust the width on request or add a lip so that a tablet or smartphone can be placed in it without adhesive tape.
Printed with HyperPLA at 0.16 mm layer height.
Support structures were used only for the frame.
