I wasn't happy with the controller extenders already existing on Thingiverse. They had too much detail and overhang. Therefore they are difficult to print.
This version is easily printable without support. I would recommend to enable the cooling function for printing, since it is rather small.
The different versions have the distance of lever elongation given in their file name. I like to use the 14mm version the most.
