XBOX Thum stick replacement

Designed up this thumb-stick for my Xbox one controller (rock candy brand but I'm sure it'll work with the original Xbox controller). It needs a bit of post processing as well as some fitting, but it really works for this early version. I've added the Rhinoceros 7 model in case you want to remix or modify anything to your specific needs. For the post processing you will need some sandpaper, i recommend an 80 girt for the first removal, a 180 to prepare for the next grit, 360 for a smooth finish that will relay benefit its function. Added to this you will need a lighter and a thin screwdriver to re size the hole until it fits perfectly to the joystick.
