XC Ski Pole Attachment

I needed one of those connectors for my kid's cross country ski poles. Fits a 28mm pole diameter; could probably be scaled in the slicer to fit other diameters, though I've never tried it. Printed in PETG so it has a bit of flex and is a nice tight fit.
