Print with standard PLA
I used a extra high setting get the thread precise
I printed about 20 different thread patterns and sizes and the one below is the best I could get where the lid is a snug fit.
Thread Pattern
ANSI Metric M Profile
M26.25 / 60 degree with a 0.75 pitch
Major Diameter (Nominal): 26.150 mm
Pitch Diameter 25.763 mm
Minor Diameter 25.331 mm
