If you want to design your own covers, I've split off the core from my cover design on to its own for easy reuse. Just import the f3d file in to Fusion 360 and alter as you wish.
Fits over the standard tungsten-style LED mini lights ("bulb" sizes of 4.4mm to 4.8mm on the ones I've checked). Should fit 5mm LEDs if scaled up 1-3%, or if you edit the sketch dimensions in Fusion.
STL included simply for preview sake. It doesn't really look that good on its own, but nothing is stopping you from doing so.
