Xonthal tower teleport panel

Hi Guys,
my group is in the Xonthal chapter in these days. They are arriving to the tower, through the maze, so I read that in the tower there is the "teleport elevator" and there is a panel to activate the teleport.
But there is no image for that. So, why don't use my 3d printer to make the panel?
I'm not very confident with 3d modelling software and I used the iPad app "Shapr3d", in free version.
The result is not the best beautiful, but I think it's work and it will be funny for my players using it.
