XTLW3 bed level knob

The XTLW3 kit levels the bed with just plain screws and nuts. This is not very comfortable. As I already used bed level knobs that can be operated without tools with my current printer, I designed a variant for usage with the steel base plate of the XTLW3 printer.
I fixed the screws to the heated bed with four washers and nuts. The heated bed is then put to the base plate with springs and the bed level knobs are screwed to the protruding screws.
