XTOOL S1 Coaster Jig

A jig for the xtool s1 that can process 4 coasters at a time. It was made specifically for 100mm x 5mm round cork coasters with separate profiles for rounded and straight edges. See above photo showing the difference. After printing, see instructions below for how to use it with the xtool xcs program. Download either “roundededges.dxf” or “straightedges.dxf” file located under the “download STL/CAD files” in dropdown menu. 2. Open the xcs program and go to File > Import Image and upload the dxf file. 3. Turn off output for the image in the right side settings menu. It will now say “ignored” under it. 4. Position jig in your machine and align the laser crosshairs with the debossed cross in the center. 5. In xcs, place your designs within the 4 innermost circles of the jig image. 6. Select all and group together to make moving it around easier. 7. Make sure auto snapping is on and hide the grid to make alignment easier. 8.
