My print bed area & XY calibration solution.
20 mm cubes didn't give enough precision for larger dimensions i.e. precisely spaced holes, so I made this "sheet" (it's only 4 layers thin, at 0.4 mm) in order to measure my printer steps/mm accurately.
The exterior dimension is exactly 180 mm. The holes and features have dimensions of 20, 40 and 5 mm (easy to figure out which is which), and are to be measured with precision calipers, in X, Y, and XY (diagonal). I've distributed the features along the sheet so I could check for any unevenness in sides.
