#XY_Plotter#
I wanted to evaluate my older 3D Printer parts and designed this.
It can be turned to a pen plotter, a drag cutter or a laser engraver.
I've used Makeblock's XYBot firmware and mDraw software.
The following changes should be made in MeOrion.h (In Makeblock's libraries) for the cnc shield:
MePort_Sig mePort[17] =
{
{ NC, NC }, { 5, 2 }, { 6, 3 }, { 10, 9 }, { 8, A2},
{ NC, NC }, { 13, 12 }, { A3, 11 }, { A1, A0 }, { NC, NC},
{ NC, NC}, { NC, NC }, { NC, NC }, { NC, NC }, { NC, NC },
{ NC, NC },{ NC, NC },
};
#Materials:#
3x Nema17 stepper motors.
3x GT2 Pulley, 20 tooth.
GT2 belt. (I used approx 3,5m.)
2x 8mm Rod for Y axis. (I used 500mm.)
2x 8mm Rod for X axis. (I used 400mm.)
2x M8 Threaded rod for Y axis. (I used 530mm.)
3x M8 Threaded rod for X axis. (I used 440mm.)
1x M8 Threaded rod for X axis with Y_idler bearings. (I used 460mm.)
7x LM8UU or LME8UU Bearings.
2x 608zz Bearings.
1x 605zz Bearings.
24x M8 Nut.
26x M
