Yet another 608 bearing pulley
I designed this thing for everyday use to store/retrieve large rc airplanes overhead in my garage. I found pulleys available online for cheap just don't work reliably (shallow sides result in rope slipping off and snagging, etc). These things work perfectly, and can be made for cheap, or as in my case using spare parts and scrap material. Print one each A and B side. Print with supports. Use 1@ 608 bearing, 4@ M3 nuts, and M3-12 socket head bolts to assemble. Fabricate the pulley hangers using metal (steel or aluminum). Install pulleys on the hangers with 5/8" hardware.
