Yaesu FT-70 Base

A drop in base for the Yaesu FT-70D Handheld Transceiver. Base is wide enough to prevent accidental tip-over, and has extra area in the front for additional front-pulling of potential hand mic. Base shroud features a cut-out for the power cord to allow for charging while in the base. Note the picture shows the charging port and cut out improperly aligned, this has been fixed for this version. Holes are 1/4" in dia. to mount to workbench. Base and shroud have enough room to customize with call sign if desired. Drawing is in mm as it was easier to read caliper readings on the HT to build the model around.
