Designed this yarn holder for my mom. Thought it might be usefull for other people so putting it here!
It is made to fit with a 808 bearing (skateboard bearing)
Printing:
I would suggest 15-20% infill at .2 layer height since there is a threaded part. 4 perimeters!
Parts needed:
- 808 bearing
- Base.stl
-Corps 1
-Corps 2
-Insert
-Socle
The _v extension (ex.: Corps2_V) means that the part is designed with a Voronoi pattern. It looks cool, but takes a little more time to print (about 30-40min)
All parts fit snuggly together. You probably will need a plier to screw the insert in the main spinning part. Be careful, grab the little step and not the axle itself, to prevent distortion to the axle.
