Yarn winder (adaption)

This is a simple adaption for the great "Printable Wool Windder" design from MatthewLaberge.

After making a replica of the "Printable Wool Windder", I've noticed some slippage between the drive_cone and the spindle_base rubber o-ring, whenever the wool thread tension was high.
To solve it I've devised, what I think is a simple solution without having to do major changes to the original design, consisting of:
1) A TPU ( flexible ) 98 x 3,5mm 130 tooth o-ring;
2)A TPU ( flexible ) toothed drive_cone;
