Found this Yarn winder from EvanTheTerrible1 and made a few mods and add-ons
(+update Dec.21/redisigned socket)

Materials:
1 M8/170mm threaded rod
1 M8/75mm bolt
3 M8/30mm bolts
2 M3/30mm bolts (headheight around 2mm)
4 M8 nuts
1 M8 longnut
2 M8 lock nuts
3 M3 nuts
7 bearings 608
2 bearings 623
2 woodscrews
1 round hook
1 round steel bar 6mm/180mm
1 knurled screw M4
1 O-ring (100mm x 5mm)
and a wooden board
Print every item on the list
you will need 2 small gears and 4 washers
Assembly Instructions:
clue tube and pulley, and socket on one small gear
press bearings into all gears, the socket and tube/pulley
tighten small gear/socket with lock nut and press cone onto it
connector:
press both bearings into one side (larger diameter) insert screw from the other side, thighten with nut
yarnguide:
i tapped a M4 thread into it and used a simple round hook to make
