Yet Another 2020 cable Clamp

I had like spare 10 minutes so I made a cable clamp instead of looking for one...
It's rounded on the top so it should not cut the cables and the cables are held by two zip small ties.
It'll take a "cable pack" with a diameter up to 15mm.
It's extruded upwards so it doesn't get in the way of any cables one may have running on the frame.
