Yet Another Duplo Brick Generator

It's more or less the original duplo brick generator with some details picked and tweaked a bit from the "Adjustable Improved" version.


I added:
- round edges and rim on studs (cost a bit longer rendering, if needed the original stud code still there).
- the cuts in the internal cylinder are optional (easier to print without brim).
- option to print 1/2 heigh bricks
- print "full body" bricks, the bottom protrusion is just as for 1/2 brick height (intended for further brick modeling, e.g. Hubelino tracks)

I printed it out of PLA on Creality Ender3, used Cura 3.6.0 for slicing. I used the original 0.2mm layer height profile in Cura and at least the 2x4 flat brick seems to work well together with original Duplo.

I updated the scad file (changelog inside) and dropped all the pre-generated bricks as they were obsolete (I'll eventually add them back generated with the new scad file).
