Yet another handwheel design. I use this to adjust the z-axis manually on my CNC 3018 Pro.
The rounding radius is a bit small, if I would print it again, I would use 1.5mm or 2mm. The handwheel height is at 5mm also a bit small, I think 10mm height would be more comfortable.
The grip is good, but I'd also make the finger grooves 1mm deeper.

Edit: Added an STL with the noted changes made: 10mm height, 1mm additional inset for the finger grooves, 2mm rounding radius; generated in OpenSCAD
