Yet Another LCR-T4 Case

Finally decided that the LCR-T4 meter rolling around on my desk needed a case.
Wanted a "toolless" case, so here it is.
Base available with and without hole for switch.

I used this switch from jaycar [ultra-mini-rocker-switch](https://www.jaycar.com.au/spst-ultra-mini-rocker-switch/p/SK0975)

Basic design is based on the LCR-T4 Case by Phenomen however this is a complete redesign

Printing:

- Top printed face down without supports
- Base printed Left side down with supports
- Default settings otherwise

Top should give a snug fit to the board, there is a lot of variance in assembly of the boards (the display is askew on mine) and it was designed with this in mind. But it may not be perfect.
Bottom of the board isn't given a lot of support apart from the snug fit.
