The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge is a round trip walking route in the north of England of 24 miles (38.6km), and includes 1585m (5200ft) of ascent. The three peaks that the route includes are:Pen-y-GhentWhersideIngleboroughThis model is a square section of the appropriate terrain, mounted on a base, with the 3 peaks highlighted (as cylinders on the peaks), and the route overlayed onto the terrain. I built this using Blender, and my steps were as follows:Imported the appropriate terrain using the Blosm add-on (https://github.com/vvoovv/blosm)Added the route via one of the downloaded GPX route data, and converted the line to a mesh and added thickness to make the route more visible (https://www.threepeakschallenge.uk/yorkshire-three-peaks-challenge/route).Extruded the terrain downwards to add some solidity.Added a fairly simple base. The model is split into the appropriate parts so that each can be coloured / tweaked to your tastes. I've typically only coloured the base, terrain,
